Mayor Rob Ford Temporarily Suspends Campaign After Latest Video Emerges

A second video of Ford smoking what appears to be crack was secretly recorded in his sister's basement on Saturday. His sister, Kathy, incidentally, has admitted in media interviews, to being a drug addict. Two Globe and Mail reporters viewed the clip in which the mayor took a drag on a long copper-coloured metal pipe, exhaled a cloud of smoke and frantically shook his right hand. The self-professed drug dealer who shot the footage, says it's part of a package of three videos he took.

Ford has been busy in the last couple of weeks with his re-election campaign that emphasized second chances. When he was asked recently if he was still taking drugs he responded, "You guys ask stupid questions."
