American Apparel's Loveable Dov Charney In The News Yet Again
According to Gawker, the company is facing a serious threat of bankruptcy. AA's financial reports earlier this month indicate that shares are down 30%. In recent weeks, AA has tumbled as low as 82 cents per share. Closures in downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan where there are multiple locations (Soho) may soon become more than rumours. In Los Angeles, shareholders have filed suit claiming financial mismanagement. So get your thigh-high socks now. AA's days may be numbered.
