In Honour Of Canada Day Tomorrow. Go Have Yourself Some Smoked Meat And Poutine

And now you can, for lunch and dinner at the newly-expanded Mile End Deli in Brooklyn. The owners rented additional space, hired a baker so they can make their own bread and bought a second smoker. In addition to the smoked briscuit that was already on the menu you can now look forward to smoked pulled duck and thinly-sliced, grass-fed rib eye steak. The menu will also have Tortiere and chomeur, a maple syrup infused pudding. So go for a St. Viateur and pile on some meat.
