Should you find yourself in the land of Elvis, stop in to the Kooky Canuck Restaurant, which is near the legendary Beale Street downtown. The owner is Shawn Danko, a Montrealer who came to Memphis via his former employer, the Hard Rock Cafe. In business for five years, the Kooky Canuck has been featured on the Travel Channel's Man vs. Food and has entertained such celebrities as Charles Barkley during the Olympics.
