Celine Dion Preggers

The Quebec superstar is expecting her second child, after undergoing fertility treatments. According to Tuesday's edition of Journal de Montreal, she learned of the pregnancy the day before. There is no confirmation yet on the 41-year-old singer's website and her due date remains unknown.

It's been a big year for Dion. She earned $273 million from her tour, released an English-language greatest hits album (My Love: Essential Collection), and debuted another fragrance in her perfume line.

Dion was expected to return to Vegas to perform in the fall of 2010, but that may now be postponed.
