A Little Random News On This Snowy Saturday
George, a 20-pound supercentenarian lobster caught off Newfoundland that wound up in a tank at Manhattan restaurant City Crab and Seafood, is due to be released today into the waters near Kennebunkport, Maine. PETA asked the restaurant to free the 140-year-old crustacean after a diner spotted him. George had been in the tank for about 10 days and will now live out his days in an area where lobster trapping is forbidden.
