The property is on 63 acres of land and has a view of Molson Lake. This should do a lot for the Quebec chill.

On Saturday, actors and comedians Will Arnett and Amy Poehler welcomed their first child, a son. Poehler will not be returning as a regular on SNL. Catch Arnett this Thursday when 30 Rock's season premiere airs.
