Romanian immigrant Livia Ionce, 44, of British Columbia, gave birth on Tuesday to her 18th child. She's the province's most prolific mother in two decades. Her daughter weighed in at 7 pounds, 12 ounces. The family immigrated to Canada in 1990 and now live in Abbotsford with their other children (10 girls and 8 boys) ages 23 months to 20 years.
