Canada's Literary Scene Has a New It Boy

Vincent Lam, an ER doctor at Toronto East General, became, at 33, the youngest winner of the Giller Prize (Canada's top lit award) last year for his short story collection, Bloodletting & Miraculous Cures. For those of you living in the Mother Country, look for a Bloodletting miniseries on Canada's Movie Network.
