This Afternoon It's a North American Battle Royale At Wimbledon

It's the mens' quarterfinals today and after the shocking upset of Roger Federer by Kevin Anderson, Canada's Milos Raonic (currently ranked #13) and the US's John Isner (#9) have taken to the court. Raonic won the first set 7-6

Raonic had a fantastic 2016, reaching a career-high ATP ranking of #3 and making it to the Wimbledon finals, losing to Andy Murray. Since then he's battled injuries and surgeries, but the power server, known for service speeds of over 145 mph, appears to be back in fighting form at this tournament. In the fourth round, he had 37 aces against American McKenzie McDonald, who Raonic beat in four sets on Monday.

Isner, no stranger to aces, served up 22 in his fourth-round win over Greece's Stefanos Tsitsipas. In play against Raonic Isner leads 3-1 although Raonic was victorious in their most recent meeting in 2016.
