If You Haven't Heard About The Dancing Starbucks Employee With Autism, See Him On Ellen

Sam Forbes, a 17-year-old Toronto teen, has become famous in the last few weeks after a video someone posted of him dancing at work went viral. Forbes's story is all the more unique because Forbes had been told he wasn't employable due to his disorder. However, the man who would become Forbes's boss, Chris Ali, met Forbes at a Camp Thrive, an event affiliated with Integrated Services for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders (ISAND).

During his interview, Forbes explained how incredibly meaningful Starbucks taking a chance on him was: "In that moment my life changed, my whole world changed."

Degeneres gave Forbes a custom tip jar and is sending him on a trip to Japan, making a lifelong dream come true for him.
