The Trudeaus Are Having A Very Big Week

This week the Primer Minister and his wife, Sophie Gregoire-Trudeau, have been in Washington D.C. for a state dinner at the White House, the first time in 19 years that the honour has been bestowed upon a PM.

The Trudeaus have piqued media interest, from the humourous to the serious. The New Yorker has some fun with Justin Trudeau's position on immigration, and Katie Couric sits down with Madame Trudeau, who in Canada, is not referred to as the First Lady. There is no official title for the wife of the Prime Minister.
