Two Women Make It Official On The Ice

On Saturday night, at Scotiabank Place, Alicia, a Leafs fan stood on the ice blindfolded during the second intermission. When the blindfold came off, she looked up at the scoreboard and saw a message from her girlfriend, Christina, a Senators fan. Christina got down on one knee, put the ring on Alicia's finger, and the Senators mascot held up a sign that read, "She Said Yes." A testament to tolerance in Canada, when the fans realized there was a proposal happening, and between two women, they cheered wildly for the couple.
