According to Entertainment Weekly, The How I Met Your Mother star is expected to join Samuel L. Jackson and Robert Downey Jr. as S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Hill. The Avengers, to be directed by Joss Whedon, is scheduled to be released in May 2012.
