Helicopter Crash Update
The Transportation Safety Board has located the Cougar Helicopter on the bottom of the ocean floor on its side. On Friday evening, the search and rescue effort turned into one of recovery with the bodies of the remaining 16 missing not yet located. All but one of the deceased were from Newfoundland and Labrador. The lone survivor, Robert Decker, who works at the White Rose oilfield, is in critical but stable condition in hospital at St. John's. Investigators hope to have the aircraft out of the water by Monday or Tuesday.
