Canadians Do It Better (Make Music, That Is)

Vancouver band Destroyer, created by songwriter Dan Bejar, has a new album out, Trouble in Dreams. Around as a solo endeavour since 1995, Destroyer achieved prominence with their 2000 record, Thief. In between albums, Bejar worked with another Canuck fave, New Pornographers. Catch them locally at the Music Hall of Williamsburg on April 22nd and at Bowery Ballroom on the 23rd (show's sold out so more power to ya if you can score).
