Canadian police and postal workers in Ottawa are on the hunt for a bad elf who wrote obscene letters to children on behalf of Santa. So far 10 letters have been sent to wee ones, according to the Ottawa Citizen. Canada Post's "Write to Santa" program is staffed by 11,000 Canada Post employees and volunteers, who write the letters. Last year the program delivered more than one million letters to children around the world. In Ottawa, it has been shut down until the mischief maker is caught.
