The original Buffy, and more recently, a Playboy model and contestant on the Fox show "Skating with Celebrities", won't be facing an assault rap in the Ontario Court of Justice after the Crown withdrew the charges Wednesday.
In June, Swanson, got into a confrontation with her babydaddy's ex-wife while the pair were visiting his children. Presumably stake-free, Swanson attacked the woman in front of the children and left her with a bruised knee and scratched arm. Swanson met and became involved with Olympic medalist Lloyd Eisler last year when they were partnerered on the reality program. At the time, Eislerwas still married to his then-pregnant wife.

That's just... crazy. Crazy! I mean, I know it's an emotional time, blahblahblah, but jeesh, you'd think she'd know that assaulting someone at this particular juncture? Probably not the smartest thing to do. Man.
